  • A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) assessment identifies areas where support is needed by evaluating a person's ability to perform daily tasks like personal care, mobility, communication, and household management.

The report outlines the impact of the disability, highlights safety concerns, and recommends services and supports to inform the development of an NDIS plan.

  • This service includes the assessment and prescription of Assistive Technology (AT) to support safety, independence, and participation in daily life. AT may include low-cost items (under $1,500) such as shower chairs and kitchen utensils; mid-cost items ($1,500–$15,000) such as electric beds and transfer equipment; and high-cost items (over $15,000) including power wheelchairs and rehabilitation equipment.

  • This service includes assessments for manual wheelchairs, power assists, power wheelchairs, and postural supports/wheelchair seating systems.

  • Home modifications are changes made to a home to improve accessibility and functionality.

Minor modifications are low-cost, non-structural changes that improve safety and accessibility, such as grab rail installations, small ramps or threshold wedges, handheld showers, and bidet installations. Complex modifications involve more significant structural changes tailored to the participant’s mobility and care needs. These may include wheelchair-accessible bathroom redesigns, kitchen and cabinetry adjustments, ceiling hoists, home automation systems, and the installation of elevators or stair lifts for multi-level access.

  • This service focuses on improving vehicle access for transportation.

Options include van conversions with platform lifts or ramps, automated car seats, portable hoists, mobility aid hoists, and stowing solutions.

  • this includes assessing functional capacity, support needs, and environmental factors to determine eligibility for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Individualised Living Options (ILO), or other living arrangements. Our reports are tailored to align with NDIS requirements and help participants achieve greater independence, safety, and quality of life in their home environment.

  • This includes consistent support to build the skills and strategies needed to increase independence and participation in everyday life. Our services are tailored to each individual’s goals and may include assistance with personal care, community access, equipment use, home management, and functional skill development. Where appropriate, sessions can be delivered by an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, offering a cost-effective solution while maintaining high-quality care and outcomes.
