We are a mobile service and provide all services in the client’s home or preferred community location. 

Improve Your Move delivers services across the following regions:

• Wellington region, including Heyfield, Rosedale, Maffra, Sale, Stratford and Yarram.

• Bairnsdale region

• Latrobe Valley, including Traralgon, Morwell, and Moe.

Our team is based in Stratford, and we aim to keep service delivery within a 60-minute radius.

Note: Our therapists provide services to Gippsland through a planned fly-in, fly-out model, with clinicians visiting the region on a regular rotating schedule. This approach allows us to maintain reliable availability across the year, with therapists typically in the region most months. Where required, our locally based Lymphoedema Nurse and Allied Health Assistant provide support between visits.

While many clients are well supported through this service model, those who require ongoing weekly therapy (where an Allied Health Assistant is not suitable) may also benefit from linking with a local provider. We are always happy to work collaboratively with local services to ensure clients receive the right level of support for their needs.
