No, we are unable to accept NDIA-managed plans at this time.
We currently accept NDIS plan-managed and self-managed participants only.

At this time, we do not provide ongoing therapy where psychosocial disability or mental health is the primary focus.
Our team is experienced in physical and neurological rehabilitation, and we focus our practice and professional development in this area to ensure a high standard of care.
To support the best outcomes, we encourage individuals seeking psychosocial or mental health-focused therapy to connect with providers who are experienced in these areas. Where possible, we are happy to recommend suitable local services.

At this time, we do not directly provide services under the Aged Care system.
However, we are currently working with local aged care providers to establish contracting agreements, which may allow us to support clients under these funding streams in the future. Updates will be shared as these arrangements progress.

Our waitlist varies depending on service type and clinician availability.
To help keep referrers informed, we send out regular service capacity updates, including when we are accepting new referrals.

Yes, we provide vehicle modification assessments and reporting, including support for:
Vehicle access solutions
Platform lifts and hoists
Seating and restraint systems
Justification and liaison with suppliers and funders

No, we do not currently have an OT trained in driving assessments within our team.
If you are seeking an OT driving assessment, we recommend visiting the VicRoads Occupational Therapy Driving Assessors page, which lists approved and local providers who are trained in this area.

We operate using a planned fly-in, fly-out service model, with clinicians visiting Gippsland on a regular rotating schedule, often for extended blocks of 2 weeks. During these blocks, clients may see the OT or Physiotherapist multiple times, depending on their needs and goals.
Between visits, clients may be supported by our Allied Health Assistant or through telehealth appointments.
