At Improve Your Move Occupational Therapy, we support people living with physical disabilities and neurological conditions through the NDIS, with a focus on Assistive Technology, wheelchair and seating, home modifications, Home and Living assessments, and ongoing therapy. What you can expect:

• Join a small, supportive OT-led team working alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and an Allied Health Assistant.

• A varied community-based caseload with opportunities to develop skills in Assistive Technology, home modifications, wheelchair and seating, Home and Living assessments, and ongoing therapy.

• Genuine flexibility in how your work week is structured, with a mix of community appointments, reporting and non-face-to-face work.

• Casual, part-time or full-time opportunities, with both salary and subcontractor options available.

• Flexible arrangements for locally based clinicians or drive-in, drive-out therapists travelling from Melbourne.

• Ongoing mentoring, clinical support and opportunities to develop specialist skills in the areas of Occupational Therapy that interest you most.

• A caseload tailored around your interests wherever possible.
