At Improve Your Move Occupational Therapy, we're an OT-led practice providing in-home services across Gippsland. As our practice continues to grow, we're always interested in hearing from passionate and caring Occupational Therapists who'd like to join our team.

We have an experienced and supportive team who genuinely enjoy this area of Occupational Therapy and love sharing their knowledge. To be successful with us, enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important than years of experience.

If you value flexibility and are good at managing your own workload, this role offers a great mix of face-to-face appointments, report writing and other non-face-to-face tasks. Your schedule can be tailored to suit both your lifestyle and the needs of your clients.

We welcome clinicians seeking casual, part-time or full-time work and offer both salary and subcontractor opportunities.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.

• Is registered (or eligible for registration) with AHPRA.

• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is curious and committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively.

• Builds genuine, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

• Values quality, person-centred and evidence-informed practice.
